Impression Obsession Fall/Winter release day 4

Welcome to the Impression Obsession 2018 Fall/Winter Stamps Release Hop!

I just can't get enough of this Pinecones cover a card. LOVE it so much! Here I stamped it in versamark again and used Copper pearl ex powders over the top, mounted it on copper shimmer paper and stamped the sentiment Gathering with Friends right over the top.

I also can't get enough of the resurgence of Pearl ex powders apparently LOL Here I swiped the versamark pad over the entire piece of black cardstock, added to different colors and then took the two stamp sets, Sled Silhouette and Starry sky, and inked them in versamark ink and stamped directly onto the powder covered cardstock removing the powder, cleaned the stamps and reinked and stamped again. I am a heavy handed adder of stuff so it took 2 sets! :)

Welcome to the Impression Obsession 2018 Fall/Winter Stamps Release Hop!

This card features a new Cover a Card, I DO love my CAC's!!!! This one is called Pinecones. I stamped them in versamark ink, then used my Pearl ex powders to get the shimmer. I stamped the Bell tower over the top. This was all mounted on black and adhered to a white card base!

This second card I used the Wintery Day stamp and inked it in Versafine Clair, blue. I stamped a Starry Sky in the same blue ink, added some small baubles and finished it like the above card!

Welcome to the Impression Obsession 2018 Fall/Winter Stamps Release Hop!

I created my card using another cover a card called Distressed Sunrise and the sentiment Take a Moment. I stamped the background in versamark ink and used a brushed silver sparkling embossing powder then stamped the sentiment, mounted it on black and wrapped a piece of silver ribbon on the left side of the panel before adhering it all to a card base. Super simple to recreate and is absolutely stunning in person.

My second card I again used embossing powders, and used a combination of gold, silver and brass for the Wind swept leaves and the sentiment Gather. These were all stamped on a larger stamp called Wooden planks.

I'm going to ease into this Fall and Winter thing... it's FINALLY Summer here LOL! I don't want Summer to think I don't appreciate it, so let's start off with this awesome image called Deployed and this sentiment set called Journal Jargon 5. I created the background with some distress oxide inks and water splashes.

My second card features my favorite Summer time thing to see.... FLAMINGOS! I created this card using the new cover a card called SPLASH using distress oxides again and some water mists; the dies are Flamingo Set and Better in flip flops.
