The Greeting Farm guest spot #2

Hello TGF friends!  Today I am sharing another card I made for my Guest spot.

This card features Perk Up, and in an unconventional way! :)

I started my card using the Tim Holtz embossing folder which I LOVE, I added metallic waxes from Finnabair over the raised images.  I created a tag out of the inside piece of a box taking advantage of the built in texture.  Some texture paste in bronze on a corner, some torn pieces of TH papers that were colored with Maribu crayons and PITT pen edged.  The flowers were white.  I sprayed the bajeebers out of the top one with water to get it pliable and then colored it with Maribu sprays.  The tiny roses I dipped into a puddle of the spray I made and just added fun spots of color.  The images I cut out of Canson water color papers, sprinkled them with Magenta Nuance powders, sprayed with water then heat set, then did it again in another color.  Some funky fiber I found was added to the tag and then I gold leafed the edges of the card to make it pop!

IO Challenge Foodie Fun

Hello there!!!!  It's time for NEW CHALLENGE!!!!! 

Today the challenge is to create something foodie!  I created 2 projects for you.  the first one is a mixed media page for my disc journal.  I used the stamp set le soleil for my page.  I colored the main images including the margarita on ice *foodie* and fussy cut them and adhered them to the page.  

For my second project I created a fun little card using my io hybrid inks like distress inks.  I smooshed onto my craft mat, spritzed with water and applied with a blending pad.  I stamped the image from the Let's BBQ clear set and added some pearl drops and clear gel to the big splotch and bottles!  FUN right??!!

Impression Obsession Last Minute Gifts

EXCITING NEWS FOLKS!!!!!!!

I have joined the FABULOUS Impression Obsession Design Team!!!!  YES!!!!  THE Impression Obsession!!!!!  I can't tell you how EXCITED I AM!!!!! 

Today we are having a challenge and it's last minute gifts!!!!  

I decided to whip out my new die City Landscapes Layers and create a hanging canvas.

I used some crystal powders, stencil and two mini canvas' that I have had for over a year (don't judge).  I die cut the City Scape using Basic Black and added dimensionals between the layer, flicked some silver paint over them and then adhered them to the canvas' a few itty blings, I created my hanger by tying a loose knot in the last of my black chevron ribbon and secured it to the back using regular adhesive and then covering it with a piece of clear sheeting.

I hope you enjoy my project and I am SO excited to create more for you to enjoy!!!!!

Kraftin Kimmie Day 5 Sneak Peek ~ Oh Crop!

Hey Peeps!  Have you been having a BLAST this week???  it's ALMOST time to $HOP $HOP $HOP!!!!!! oh and HAPPY FRIDAY the 13TH!!!!!

For my card I decided to tackle Mixed Media AGAIN.... **OY**  I think that I might have actually won this battle!  LOL  I broke out my spankin new Brusho colors and PLAYED..... I didn't actually use Water color paper (rebel me) so I think that is why the crystals are still crystally.... BUT.... I LOVE that... I added a stencil with stencil paste and some Frontage from Stampendous on the card also.... a VERY simple little tag popped in the center with a FUN little Frappe Latte Smappe! :)

As long as I have my coffee... no one gets hurt.... ;)
