Impression Obsession Spring Hop day 3


Welcome to the Impression Obsession 2018 Spring Release Hop!

Today's card is for that SUPER fast card last minute kinda mailing! :)  
The Whimsy Flowers E15133 was stamped in versamark and clear embossed on background paper.  I then stamped it in IO Hybrid black and just added simple hashes to the flower using my Stampin Up markers.  Some white enamel dots and clear gen pen on the flowers and done!  NO drying time!  YAY!!!
