Welcome to the Impression Obsession 2018 Fall/Winter Stamps Release Hop!

I'm going to ease into this Fall and Winter thing... it's FINALLY Summer here LOL! I don't want Summer to think I don't appreciate it, so let's start off with this awesome image called Deployed and this sentiment set called Journal Jargon 5. I created the background with some distress oxide inks and water splashes.

My second card features my favorite Summer time thing to see.... FLAMINGOS! I created this card using the new cover a card called SPLASH using distress oxides again and some water mists; the dies are Flamingo Set and Better in flip flops.

I love your cards! Both backgrounds are amazing. I love the soldier card... every time I see soldiers my heart hurts a little as I remember my boy's deployment days and how difficult that time was. So thankful for our soldiers!

Fabulous oxide backgrounds!!! Loving what you did with the Deployment stamp... I so wish that had been around during the Operation Write Home days! And I'm totally getting the Splash CAC! I'm a huge fan of the CAC backgrounds cause you can do so much with them! Multi-ink stamping is just one, but this looks fantastic!!! And with stamping tools like the Misti now, its so easy to do really cool techniques with them that you could never do before with such a big stamp.

Both of your cards are so cute. I love the flamingos especially the one with her leg up. She needs flip flops so the pavement won't burn her feet. And your soldier with the oxides splattered really makes him shine.

Oh my goodness!!! They're both awesome as usual. I wasn't sold on the splash background until I saw you pair it with the flamingos...and that deployed stamp is a definite need for me.
