Kraftin Kimmie ~Try Something New

Hey Krafty Peeps!  It's Saturday and that means a NEW challenge over at Kraftin Kimmie!!!  This week Danielle is our hostess and she is challenging us to try something new....

I decided to try the soot technique. I thought that the burned edges might be perfect for that little dragon that might not have gotten his fire breathing skills quite perfected! ;)

I used the newly released Believe in Fairy Tales stamp set, a brick embossing folder from Tim Holtz and some new itty bitty washi.... yes, I neeeeeded it!  This little ditty was colored with Copics.  Which reminds me to tell you.... the dragon isn't the only one that got a little fire out of control.  Apparently Copics make paper burn REALLY fast.... ;)
