LovesRubberStamps Inspiration Tuesday

Hello there Peeps!!!  Sorry to be MIA, I had a hacker that took over my email and wasn't able to access the files for the challenges... :(  Man I wish people would find fun elsewhere.... **sigh** BUT... I am back with the Loves Rubber Stamps Challenge Blog!!!!

Laura got me hooked up with the lists again, so I am playing along with this weeks Photo Inspiration.  I LOVE this picture, I would totally hang this in my kitchen as it's just so chic and fun!!!!!  BUT, I took my card in a different direction... lol  I went Sak's 5th meets grunge! HA!  Dieing to see it???

OK, but first let me tell what what all I used in this card... I used the Fabulous Stamp that really caught my eye while shopping at LovesRubberStamps.  It's from American Art Stamps called Shades.  I stamped it in Adirondack Jet Black, I like this ink for solid images better than Memento as it's juicy, and with basically no coloring you don't have to worry about smears.  I masked my image and then stamped a little coffee cup from my stamp stash in A Muse Red.  I added some clear gel pen to her colored lips, "crown", earrings and shades.

The paper I used is new from My Minds Eye Lost and Found 3 "RUBY".  a Tim Holtz clock piece was colored up with a black Copic pen and then the numbers sanded down with a file, the original brass wasn't working for me, so I fixed it! ;)  A Red Gem from My Minds Eye All is Bright gem collection was stuck in the center.

OK, drum roll please...... ;)

Head on over to the blog and play along with us and let's see what you create with this wonderful picture!!!!

Sensational Inspirations Sunday~#2

Hello there Peeps!!!!  It's Sunday which means it's time for another round of Sensational Inspirations Sunday over at the Loves Rubber Stamps blog... I LOVE these days, and I am REALLY loving this group of ladies, SO full of inspiration and support!!!  Well, shoot, they are STAMPERS... of COURSE they are supportive... nuttin' better in the WHOLE WORLD (besides my family) for support!!!!

OK, so today I used another of the Sweet November Stamps.  This stamp line just is TOO cute to pass up.  I mean SERIOUSLY, look at those chubby little faces!!!  Squee!!!!!

I created my background with my new Tim Holtz embossing folder I picked up with a coupon at Jo's.  The snowflake comes from The Cat's Pajama's (hoping TCP can come to LRS soon).... The paper is from Memory Box called Lavendar (I think).  The stamp?  This is Georgia.... I LOVE HER!!!!

Thanks for looking and make sure you come to the Challenge blog and be Inspired by my LRS Peeps!!!  We kinda rock ya know! ;)

Speedy Fox and Friends #130~Leaves

I chose Thankful for my stamp set from Marks Finest Papers.  I used some old DP I found in my drawer, some golden ribbon, Bo Bunny Cider bling and stamped the sentiment first and then the image in Versa mark and clear embossing powder makes it *pop*

Come on over and play along... You could be a Winner!!!! :)

C4C159 Sparkle Creations

Hello there Crazy Peeps, stamping like mad trying to get this loaded before it goes live!  How's THAT for CRAZY!!!!!  lol

This week we are sponsored by a SUPER SWEET Gal names Sparkle, her company is Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps.

I used Lantern Rin for my image and made her all Halloweenie... of course AFTER I get it done I realize I created my own color challenge... OY!   It is SUPPOSED to be Orange Black and Purple, but apparently I wanted GREEN instead of Purple... SO, I'm rolling with it....

Head on over to the C4C Blog and see what the gals did with the CORRECT colors.... lol

YNS #20 Anything Goes~!

It's time again for another great challenge from Your Next Stamp Challenge Blog.  This week we are saying "Let your Creative Flag Fly"... okay so I changed it up a bit... ;)  ANYTHING GOES is the name of the game... I went with an Autumn Card.  I LOVED these Jars & Globes when they came out and I STILL love them.  Today I used the Cylinder Globe Die and Cylinder Stamp set.  I filled the Cylinder with the Fall Globe Accessories set.  I colored my image and then clear gel penned the punkin.  a bit of Flower Soft in Autumn Mix for the bottom so my punkin wasn't just floating in there.  The paper is from Simple Stories.  The flags come from a piece of the DP that I cut the flag strips from and hot glued them onto my Autumn mix Trendy Twine.  Pretty fun using pieces of DP for embellishments.

**tip** When using a hot glue gun no matter how careful you are you will get cobwebs.  SO... tee hee, While watching Craft Wars I picked up this tidbit from the glitter dude.  Hit your project with your heat gun, it's like a magic wand... POOF, no webs!  ;) Because face it, sometimes we need an instant grab adhesive and hot glue is "da' bomb" for that!

Here's my card:

Now here is what ya need to know... it's GOOD READS... so read it! ;)

Loves RubberStamps

Hey Peeps!!!  It's time for another challenge over at LovesRubberStamps Challenge Blog.  Today we are sponsored by Kenny K.  There is a full line of digi stamps and rubber stamps and Laura carries several in the store.

GUESS WHAT??  I DID DIGI!!!  Can I get a whoop whoop?  lol  I tell ya, I am not REAL comfortable with them even after getting this baby done, but after 90 billion emails from Laura, Olivia and Jackie, I managed to get'er done!!!!  I used Trixxie Treat for my image.

She was printed off on Express Blending CS and colored with Touch Twin Markers.  MME DP and Ribbon were used to accent this little vixen all dressed up getting some candy!  Out of the Box is the technique that is being show all over on the blogs of my fellow LRS'ers!!!  Go check them out!!! :)

My Sensational Sunday Inspiration

Hello there, looks like I goofed today!  :(  This being back from Vaca and working nights is NOT working for me lately.... Anyway.... Here is my card using Isabella from Saturated Canary, available at LovesRubberStamps

Speedy Fox & Friends, Inspiration....

Hello Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge do-ers!  lol  Today we have an inspiration picture for you to play along with... whoa did it loop me... BUT, WAIT!  lol  I happened to buy some inchies the other day thinking hmmmm, I should try a tile technique on these, Lord knows I do NOT do inchies... not since the LAST catastrophe that Kate and I got into with them!  LOL  Oh belly hurts from the memories and laughing... OK,

SO, anyway... Today I used the Welcome Poppies stamp set, I DO love this stamp set!  I stamped it onto 6 inchies that were pushed together.  Stamped, colored with Touch Twin Markers and them mounted onto black CS using "The Best Glue Ever" (it really is).  I mimicked the swirl with some pearls.

I used Helmar pop dots to secure that to the CS and done.  VERY simple and quick... seriously.... Go on, get those inchies out and give it a try! :)

Here's the inspiration photo for ya... now come on over and link up and play along with us!  We'd love to have you! :)

C4C 158~Got Candy?

Hey Crazy Peeps!  It's time for another challenge.  Jessie is our hostess this month and she has challenged us to create a Candy Project.  Have Candy somewhere in your project, image, DP, candy holder etc... I chose to make a test tube candy holder.... OK, it was already made (Thanks Corinna) but I just added the candy and the stamped sentiment, bling and pumpkin.

The sentiment is from MFT as is the Pumpkin, Primitive Pumpkins.  The bling is a Sparklette from the Ribbon Carousel.

Designed to Color #5

Soem Webster's Pages bling were also used and a ribbon created with pink ribbon.

Hey there peeps!!!  Long time no see right??  ;)  It's time for another challenge over at LovesRubberStamps challenge blog.  This week, it's all about the bling baby! I LOVE bling!!!!! I also love this newer release from Kraftin Kimmie called Marilyn

I colored up Marilyn using Touch Twin Markers and used some Prima DP for my card, I used the Vertical Greetings Dienamic for both the image and the sentiment panel.  I tilted them and added a crown bling from Prima.  Stamped the sentiment "Naughty" (from retired MFT Twisted Sentiments) and used some pink ribbon.  all papers and panels were distressed using Vintage Rose Distressing ink....

Ribbon Carousel #73 Halloween Spirits

Hello Peeps!!!  It's my first post as a Ribbon Carousel Crew Mate!  Yup!  Corinna asked me to join her crew and I JUMPED at the chance... seriously, why would I not?  Great Ribbon, Paper, Embellies and Stickem!!!!  Not too mention she is one of THE nicest peeps EVER!!!!!!

Today I am sharing a card I made using my August Ribbon Kit and some Doodle Bug DP.

This is a bi fold card.  I added the DP to the flaps and wrapped the Orange Check ribbon around and tied it in a bow to secure the card!  Those ghosts are from Memory Box.  I saw them in my LSS and giggled... HAD to have those little guys!!! They are held on with Helmar Zap Dots in clear.  These babies have major stick em to them!!!! LOVE!
Here on the inside I added a spider web dienamic and it was attached to more Doodle Bug DP using The Best Glue Ever.  The little spider was die cut out of Ribbon that I coated with Helmar Stiffener and Draping Liquid.  I added some sparkly wire and sandwiched it in between two more clear ZapDots.

Come on over to the Ribbon Carousel Challenge Blog and show YOUR Halloween Spirit!!!! Make sure you check out the SUPER STARS I get to hang with... yea, I'm stalking them too! ;)

Thanks SO much!!!!
