Hello there LRS Fans!

Today is Sunday and that means it's time for an Inspirational Sunday Post from Loves Rubber Stamps.... It's full speed ahead on the Christmas Cards, rush rush rush.... I am DETERMINED to mail out cards this year... yes, 2 years running I have NOT mailed cards... you know the reason I began stamping???  Yea ummm, **cough cough** Changing that habit this year and getting back into the swing of things.

Well I am originally from Pendleton, Oregon.  Home of the Pendleton Round Up, so when I saw this Flourishes set I HAD to have it.  Country is in my blood.  Nope, can't ride a horse to save my soul but I DO love Country and Rodeo!  It's just such a good feeling, the real honesty- you know where a handshake means more than a legal contract; where a man's word is golden; where the only thing you have that someone can't take away from you is your name, so you honor that name by keeping it clean and honorable.... **sigh**

SO, enough let's talk cards...  I created my card using Simple Stories DP using the Handmade Holiday line, this is THE last of my brown netting :(  squeaked it over the edge of my card.  Some Sheer Brown ribbon and some gems from Bo Bunny Apple Cider line (last of those too).  The stamp as I said, came from Flourishes it's called Cowboy Christmas. (the site shows "sold" but all you need to do is let Laura know you want to purchase it and she will hook ya up!  ;)  She's AWESOME that way....

That's it for me, now head on over to the LovesRubberStamps blog and check out all of the other Inspiration you are sure to find there from my peeps!!!!

Have an awesome week!

  1. This is a beautiful masculine Christmas card! I only get about 2 Christmas cards made to mail out ... LOL! I need to start in January and just make 3 or 4 Christmas cards a month. I say that every year too - LOL!
