Inky Impressions Fireworks and Bling

Hello there!  It's time for a new challenge and this week it's fireworks and Bling.  I chose to use Independence Day Lili for my image and gave her some bling with old school Stickles! ;)  The amazing ribbon came from The Ribbon Carousel and is perfect!  Kraft CS and some nesties... Viola!
