TCPTUESMar13

It's TCP Tuesday time.  It took me almost all month to figure this baby out.  It is 2 layer, neutral +1 color and only 1 DP.  Once I picked my stamp set, The Mustache Set, then it was EASY PEASY! ;)

The mustache Cut Up was cut out using Authentique Renew DP, I used the flip side of the polkie dotties and then ran it through my "stick" embossing folder for hair texture! ;)

The sentiment was stamped using Pacific Point ink from SU!

Fun Friday Post Release FUN!!!!!

WELL!!!!  Was this release not just AWESOME???  I TOLD YA! ;)

Today I created a fun little card for Fun Friday... CELEBRATE.....  I used the newly released Cake Pop Fhiona!  OK I have a SMALL confession here... After I stamped Fhiona, I instantly thought of Candy Crush... she has a Sparkly Ball on a stick!!!  Oh how I LOVE those Sparkly Balls, especially when mixed with a striped candy!!!!  OR... have you whacked 2 Sparkly Balls together???  WOOT!  That is like a MAJOR Lightening Storm.... LOL

OK, so ANYWAY, you are actually here to see my card, not discuss that CRAZY addicting GAME.....

I dressed Fhiona in a Satin dress, you know, even wee ones need a little black dress! ;)  She is celebrating a Birthday Party with a Sparkley Ball Pop!  :)  I used some Red Pearl Pen on the Sparkly Ball pop and added some fun music notes from the Whatnots 2 die set with some red pearls on the note ball part!!!!  I am thinking that this DP is from Bo Bunny.... Man I have so much paper lately that I am forgetting what I used... I really need sticky notes.

Now head on over to the Your Next Stamp Blog and see what the others are Celebrating!!! :)  Don't forget to comment so you can WIN A STAMP SET OF CHOICE!!!!!!  ;)  That Karen is just AWESOME huh?

Here's a little link for the participating Team Peeps playing tonight!  Remember, there is a secret blogger with a SUPER AWESOME Prize..... a New Stamp set of YOUR choice!!!!!

MIX7 and a Birthday Card

Hello Peeps!  I just wanted to pop in here and share a card I created a few weeks back.  Drunken Stampers have entered a contest at the Smeared and Smudged Blog for a DT Throwdown.  The challenge was ink and splatters.  SO.... I grabbed my Panera straw (huge by the way), Purely Pomegranate Refill ink, CAS Fridays RAD stamp set, hole punch and got to work! ;)

After I was done with this I thought, OMGOSH!  This is PERFECT for Tim's Birthday!  He is my co worker and big into the Walking Dead/Zombie Apocalypse thing... ;)  SO, what better than kills shots "Like A Boss"!!!!!

A Sparklette added cuz ya GOTTA have bling! ;)

16 Candles ~Drunken Stamper Style!

Hey Peeps!  This week at Drunken Stampers our movie of the week.... 16 Candles!  I LOVED this movie!  Good ol' Donger.... lol  Well, I believe the focus of the movie was that blasted PINK DRESS for the wedding... SO, I created it! :)

I used a wad of supplies and am THRILLED with my card!!! :)  SO, Susan had a great Q-Tip to share and it is using Washi tape with your dies.  SO, I grabbed one of my bozillion rolls of washi tape and laid it down in strips on some White CS.  Placed my 3 The Cats Pajamas Star cut ups on it and rolled it through my Big Shot Pro.  I then ran the MFT Film Strip die through with Black CS.  The DP in the back ground is from Bo Bunny Prairie Chic collection along with the Bo Bunny Jewels.  The dress... awww, YES!  THE DRESS!!!!  It's the UBER FABULOUS Stampin Up! All Dressed Up stamp set and the Frame Lits Dress Up dies.  I used Regal Rose ink for my dress and then added some Stampin Up pearls up the front for the fancy buttons.

Now head on over to the Drunken Stampers blog and link up and play along, who knows... YOU could be our Designated Designer!!!!  WEEEEEE!!!!!!!

C4C176 Be Negative!

Hey Peeps!  It's time for a new challenge over at Crazy4Challenges.  This week, we are being negative! ;)  Use the negative of a die!

I used the Puffy Cloud Die from Your Next Stamp for my negative space on this cute card using Ellie Loves to Fish.
I embossed the mat (sky) with the Perfect Dots embossing folder from SU!  Colored with Touch Twin Markers and done!  Simple Dimple.  Man being negative is AWESOME isn't it???  tee hee

Fun Friday ~Let's Celebrate!!!!

Hey Peeps!!!  Guess what day it is..... it's FUN FRIDAY over at the Your Next Stamp blog!!!!  Yep!  It's a new challenge for the month and this month, it's all about Celebrating!!!!  I wanted to get a CUTE Easter Card completed so I chose the super cute Bunny Ellie.  I stamped the image onto a piece of plain white CS from the center of the Insta Love Die and then created a mask on a piece of sticky post.  I then die cut the larger of the puffy cloud dies and used it as my cloud mask.  All of this was mounted on top of the Large Post Card die!  Ellie's little bunny ears were paper pieced with DP.  A bit of ribbon all tied in a bow with sweeping tails and a sentiment stamped completes this card!  :)  I love the canted slightly picture frame, it's like it was tossed onto the coffee table for all to see! :)

Now head on over to the YNS Blog and link up and play along!  :)

Sweet n Sassy Sketch 200

Tons of fun the sketch was, so come on over and play along! :)

Ribbon Carousel RCC78 Spring

Hey RC Peeps!  It's MARCH... yes, February DID exist, just because it's the shortest month gives it NO excuse to FLY BY.... WOWZERS!

Anyway, it's time for this months sketch at the Ribbon Carousel.  This month it's all about Spring...Easter, Babies, St Pat's Day, you get the gist!

I used my BRAND NEW CC Designs stamp set called "Spring Has Sprung".  I picked it up from Laura over at Loves Rubber Stamps! Laura is a SWEET lady, running a Mom & Pops business in between working a full time job....

ANOTHER Sweet Lady... Corinna runs the Ribbon Carousel blog and designed the AWESOME Ribbon Carousel.

Here is my card using brand new (yes, there's a pattern here-lol) Bo Bunny DP and Jewels, Prairie Chic.  Taylored Expressions heart die and Bazzill CS and purple hemp twine.  Colored with my Touch Twin Markers.

Head on over to the RC Blog and peep what the others did for the challenge! :)

Challenge Chicks #3~ Upcycle!!!!

Hey Peeps!  It's time once again for the Challenge Chicks Challenge.  This month the Sweet Miss Daisy, Anna Wight herself, is our Hostess.  We are to upcycle something.  Take something old and headed for the garbage NEW again!  :)

I used my black wooden mirrored tray that has been sitting around with candles from a long ago project on it.  My friend Corinna gave me this SU! Chalkboard element!  I LOVE IT!  You CAN actually write on it too!  Well, me being me...., I did this project late enough that I didn't have time to go to Target and pick up some chalk, so I can't show you, but TRUST ME! ;)

I will be hanging this in my kitchen for little "love" notes like DO! THE! DISHES! on it! lol

I have to have Hubby get some hooks on the back as I'm pretty sure me banging then in with a hammer wouldn't be all that smart!

SO, head over to my CC Peeps and "peep" what they got goin' on!  Kelly was bragging that she was done and blogged a few days ago... **grrrrr**
